Terms and Conditions for Using the Slap’em up Website and Application

1. Game ID Registration and Use

Connecting via Facebook ID, Google ID, Apple ID, or creating a Guest ID (hereafter referred to as the "Game ID") to play card games under THE HAABIZ CO., LTD. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) must follow the Company’s prescribed methods.

Users must provide accurate and truthful information as requested by the Company. If any false information is discovered, the Company reserves the right to terminate services without exception.

Users agree to comply with the rules, etiquette, and regulations announced by the Company. Any violations may result in penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension of the Game ID.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the website or app in any of the following ways, either directly or indirectly:

(a) Engaging in illegal actions or violating court orders, government regulations, or authoritativeagencies.

(b) Violating public order, customs, or causing social indecency.

(c) Infringing on intellectual property rights or any rights of the Company or others.

(d) Collecting or disclosing personal data unlawfully.

(e) Disrupting servers, commands, or network systems.

(f) Specific violations include (but are not limited to):

  1. Providing false registration data.
  2. Using offensive, ambiguous, or vulgar names for IDs, characters, nicknames, or names implying defamation or obscenity.
  3. Indicating intent to sell in-game items for real money.
  4. Advertising or trading game IDs, in-game currencies, top-up cards, or items.
  5. Using profane, offensive, or defamatory language, or spamming messages.
  6. Inciting conflict related to national security, religion, or monarchy.
  7. Damaging the game's or Company's reputation.
  8. Pretending to be or claiming association with Game Masters or Company staff.
  9. Obstructing Game Masters in their duties.
  10. Accessing others’ IDs without authorization.
  11. Using, sharing, or distributing unauthorized software or cheat tools.
  12. Benefiting from cheat software.
  13. Possessing irregular or illicitly acquired items.
  14. Providing false information to the support team.
  15. Exploiting bugs for profit after public announcements about such bugs.

All game IDs, characters, and items remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to revoke usage rights at any time without prior notice.

The Company may permanently suspend any ID found to be intentionally created for violating these rules, including those used in test servers.

The Company’s decisions are final, and it reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Each user may have an account upon request, at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company may define account types, access rights, responsibilities, and any associated fees.

Users must keep their usernames, passwords, and personal data strictly confidential and prevent unauthorized access.

If someone else uses a user’s account, it will be considered as if the user authorized and conducted the activity.

4. User Warranties and Responsibilities

Users affirm that:

  • They have read and understood all terms and conditions.
  • They accept these terms as a binding agreement with the website/app owner.
  • They will ensure that their employees, subcontractors, consultants, or agents comply with these terms.
  • If a third party sues the user due to website/app usage, the user will bear the full responsibility and costs, and protect the website/app owner from involvement.

If the Company incurs losses or costs due to the user's actions, the user agrees to fully compensate them.

5. User Content

Users may post content within the website or app, with or without restricted access. They agree not to post content that infringes on others' rights or is:

  • Illegal, immoral, obscene, deceptive, discriminatory, or dangerous.
  • Personal or confidential information without permission.
  • False or racially/religiously/nationally/sexually discriminatory.

6. Payment

All payments for goods or services will be made via:

  • In-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7. Service Requests and Approval

Users may request services via prescribed methods. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject requests if:

  • The user does not meet qualifications.
  • It is deemed inappropriate.
  • Information appears false.
  • Service is otherwise infeasible.

8. Breaches of Terms

If users violate any terms, including using the app for illegal or harmful purposes, the Company may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily suspend access without notice.
  • Permanently revoke access without notice.

The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from these actions.

9. Availability

Users understand that the website/app may be partially or fully suspended due to:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates or system improvements.
  • Equipment or system failure.
  • Force majeure (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, legal changes).

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for:

  • Website/app stability or suitability guarantees.
  • Damages to user devices, data loss, etc., unless due to intentional or gross negligence.
  • Damages from user actions, intentional or not.
  • Damages from third-party actions (e.g., hackers).

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Slap’em up platform (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, designs, and systems) remains with the Company. Users may only use such assets within the permissions granted and cannot transfer ownership or rights.

12. Amendments to Terms

The Company may revise these terms, in whole or in part, as necessary. Users will be notified of changes, which will then be considered part of the agreement.
