Gotcha Boy

Gotcha Boy was once the beloved channel of a young boy who created content centered around vintage toys, retro video games, and collectible gacha items. It quickly became one of the most followed channels on Intertube. However, at the height of his popularity, the original Gotcha Boy abruptly decided to step away from content creation. Due to the channel’s massive following and commercial success, many sponsor companies were unwilling to let the Gotcha Boy brand fade away. So, a new Gotcha Boy was chosen — and it was none other than the original Gotcha Boy’s younger brother.

The new Gotcha Boy is a boy full of bright energy, able to talk about toys, anime, and games he loves with the same passion as his older brother. In particular, he's a die-hard fan of White Titan, a classic mecha anime series from the past, which he can speak about at length like a true superfan. Although the channel’s subscriber count noticeably dropped after the transition, many viewers gradually came to accept the new Gotcha Boy.

What fueled his performance was his admiration for his older brother — someone he had always looked up to, even before stepping into the spotlight himself. However, after inheriting the Gotcha Boy title, his brother coldly rejected him, telling him to “stop pretending to be Gotcha Boy.

The younger brother believed this was because he hadn’t yet lived up to the legacy left behind — and so, he became determined to revive the channel’s former glory, not just to prove himself to the fans, but to earn his brother’s acknowledgment.

At that critical moment, it was Slapmon, the mascot of Slap‘Em Up, who approached him with a revelation: the fastest way to gain followers — and recognition — was through the rising popularity of the Slap‘Em Up Showdown. With that push, Gotcha Boy made the decision to join the competition, stepping onto the chaotic stage of Slap‘Em Up to carve out his own path.
